Steel Passenger ferry licensed to carry 200 people lost during cyclone Tracy the vessel was used for a variety of activities including the transport of Telecom employees to Mandorah for work at the radio Australia site.

The vessel put to sea or broke her moorings  on the Christmas eve with only the skipper aboard and was never seen again.

The vessel  remained undiscovered until shortly after the discovery of the Schooner Booya
